Thursday morning I woke up with 8 listeners when I should have had 70-80. I found out that windows media had de listed  my station. Why because windows media came by and tested my stream my windows server was full so they went to my shout server .For the last 4 days my shout server would drop on and off .I went to my  host website to put in a help ticket all I got was a page not found.Why am I posting this here ?because shoutcaststreaming.us  found out what happen and helped me out so I could get relisted .Keep in mind you get what you pay for you may get a lot of slots cheap but dont find out the hard way like I did about crappy service.And to us in net radio who count on up time and service  we cant afford bad service.

Always feels good to help someone out of a problem.

All I can say is from years of experience, Shoutcaststreaming.us has always came through for me. They go the extra mile to make things right or just help you along with problems if they can. Given the current market, that's a valuable asset. Not to say the other LC preferred hosts are any less reputable, they are. I've used most all of them and they are all A1 and 100% reliable. That's a fact.

I am prejudiced though, there are 3 hosts here I will always recommend or post about, reason being they have shown me high quality service along with above average support. Others have made the offers, then fallen by the wayside or didn't do what they said.
